 Totally-closed non-PVC soft package infusion produced by the company is the world’s most advanced new generation intravenous transfusion product at present. The production workshop is designed by world’s top-grade project designing company -American PDC. It has introduced internationally top-grade production technology and equipment for non-PVC soft package infusion: American Tao’s ultrafiltration, second order reverse osmosis purified water preparation system, Italian STILMSA water for injection preparation system, packaging and filling system that integrating “print, packaging, filling, and sealing” from American PDC company, and Italian Fedegari water-bath sterilization system. Soft package produced by this technology can contract automatically during transfusion to ensure all drug liquid is transfused to patient through closed transfusion path, so that contamination by outer air can be thoroughly avoided. Non-PVC soft package has good heat tolerance, so that is can be sterilized at 121℃. It does not react with the drug, and there is no drug adsorbability. It is easy to be transported, stored and applied in clinical practice. The material of soft package is non-PVC multilayer co-extrusive infusion film imported from American CRYOVAC company. It is totally transparent, strong in flexibility, with no elasticizer, no production of medical waste.
